Bicol Outreach: Rise from the Ashes

Bicol Outreach: Rise from the Ashes

Dear Friends,

The eruption of Mayon Volcano has displaced around 2,700 families or 11,000 people from their homes and are currently staying at 4 Evacuation Centers (info as of 24th Jan).

To show our love and support, #FinanciallyLiteratePH (FLPH, previously called TGFISG) together with the newly created WFF will be going to Sto. Domingo, Albay, Bicol on 23rd Feb to help out 500 families in an evacuation center.

Sto. Domingo is approximately 500 km south of Manila or around 12 hours travel time by land.

As of now, we are thinking of giving basic necessities like hygiene kits, food, and water. Initial estimated cost is itemized below:

This is going to be our 9th outreach program in the Philippines and we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting our previous outreach programs because without your help and generosity, these events wouldn’t be successful.

Again, we are hoping for your support and kind generosity in order to make this project a success that even for just a day we can make a difference in the lives of the victims of Mayon Volcano eruption.

For donations, please PM me, Rex Holgado or Elmer Yanzon so we can provide you the bank details.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.

Weng
